SimBLISSity 24’ Blue Sapphire
The SimBLISSity Blue Sapphire was originally designed and built in contemporary style as our Tiny Home Show Model. High-end Formica was chosen for the kitchen cabinets, closets, and fireplace front for a modern appeal. Light gray painted walls and light toned woods contrasted with the dark cabinetry for dramatic effect. Blue steel shower walls completed the contemporary theme.
An 8’ x 18” two bicycle garage was added on to the rear with outside access for more storage. The bedroom loft was cantilevered out over the garage for an extra-roomy light-filled loft with 48” of headroom.
The Blue Sapphire was later retrofitted with a combination washer/dryer within the stairs and AC/Heat Mini-split unit as custom features for its owner.
